Greetings Fair Sponsors,
To accommodate students who are scheduled to participate in the DeKalb Regional Science and Engineering Fair, the DeKalb County Schools Technology Fair, and/or the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl, the Science Team is extending an invitation for students who are participating in the DeKalb Regional Science and Engineering Fair and at least one additional competition on Saturday to present their Science & Engineering Fair project only in advance.
Eligible students may present their project to judges on Friday, January 30, at AIC (1701 Mountain Industrial Boulevard).
Presentation Details:
Location: Board Room
Arrival Time: 4:30 p.m. (students must report, sign in, and set up)
Conclusion: All presentations will conclude by 5:00 p.m.
Confirmation Required:To confirm participation, parents and sponsors must send an email confirming to
[email protected] that their student will present on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
This accommodation allows students to fully participate in all scheduled competitions while maintaining the integrity of the judging process.
