Returning Student/ Transferring Students Within Dekalb Registration
 **StartingTuesday,  July 24, 2018**
                                                                         
Location: Canby Lane Elementary
Monday- Thursday 9am-1pm
 
**When registering, please bring the following items:
 
  • Proof of residence
  • Lease/mortgage and CURRENT utility bill: 
    • (ex. Gas, Water or a Georgia Power Bill; Disconnect notices do not qualify)
  • Georgia State Issued ID or Passport
 
 
 
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. 
Instruction: 7:45 a.m.
Students are late/tardy after 7:45 a.m.
Early Dismissal Ends: 2:00 p.m.
*(Please be mindful that visitors are NOT allowed during instructional hours from 7:45 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. unless they have scheduled an appointment)*

Our school is a Title I school, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school you are an important
part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parent and family engagement
program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high
academic achievement standards expected of all children, regardless of their socioeconomic status and background.
The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning for parent and family engagement
activities and events at our school.
